The eddy current separators exploit powerful, high intensity and frequency, magnetic rollers to clean already de-ironed material from other polluting metals, electrically conductive but not ferromagnetic (like copper, brass, aluminum, bronze, lead...)
They act on materials with a particle size from 10 to 120 mm, possibly pre-ground into uniform sizes.
Complete system
On request we can equip the conveyor belt of the eddy current separator with vibrating material feeding and distribution channel as well as command and control box of stand-alone equipment, in 3 standard widths of 800, 1000 and 1500mm.
